If, unlike me, you require an added incentive to shop, you may want to hotfoot it to this event.
Not only will there be live music and food, but you can shop to your heart’s content at the stalls safe in the knowledge that you’re both picking up authentic wares, and helping to contribute to CFAB’s good work.
This UK-based charity is the only charity specifically set up to help achieve the best outcomes for children who have been separated from their loved ones across international borders due to trafficking, asylum, immigration, conflict, asylum and divorce. Last year CFAB dealt with over 2,000 enquiries and started 500 cases covering 135 countries, so the funds raised by this event are vital.
Plus, for you royal fans out there, you may be lucky enough to rub shoulders with the charity’s Royal Patron, HRH Princess Alexandra, who attends every year.
Do you need further incentive to go? I don’t…
